  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and send you the correct item or provide a full refund.

2. Refund Process

  • Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must include this RMA number on the return shipping label.
  • Shipping the Item Back: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of the item. Once we receive the item and inspect it, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
  • Refund Processing: If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5 - 7 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 3 - 5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement or credit card account.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or Personalized Items: Items that have been customized or personalized for you are not eligible for refunds unless they are damaged or defective.
  • Clearance or Sale Items: Items sold at a discounted price during clearance or sale events are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
